    This is truly Linda Kohanov's visionary master piece, where her previous books represent crucial cornerstones of the foundations. In this book, Kohanov succinctly outlines the core of how and why to transform leadership in modern society. The social intelligence of horses and other herd animals as well as the ancestral nomadic roots of our species, brings us back to understanding leadership, relationships and our emotions, in the way nature has intended it.
